How do I register?

How much does it cost to take part?

- 1ONE 35 / 40 / 45 €
- 2TWO 45 / 55 / 65 €

The overview is at Races.
Can I register on site?
Usually yes, directly at bib pick-up, as long as there are places left. We can't guarantee it. On-site registration is possible until 60 minutes before the start of your race.
Can I switch races?
Yes, via the link in your registration confirmation from Datasport. A race transfer costs a €10 processing fee.
If you switch to a more expensive race, you pay the difference to the price of the new race in the price tier that applies at the time of the switch. So if you registered at the Early Bird price and switch after 31 Dec 2026, you pay the new race’s price valid at that time.
Can I transfer my place?
Yes. For a fee of €10 you can transfer your place to another person. Just use the form under Withdrawal and race transfer.
Can I defer my place to next year?
We decide case by case. Write to us at raceoffice@ultra-trailrun.de.
Will I get my entry fee back if I can’t start?
Only if you took out the insurance when you registered. It refunds against a medical certificate. Without insurance we can't refund the entry fee.
Can I collect someone else’s race pack?
Yes. Bring a copy or photo of the person’s photo ID and their registration confirmation (email).
How do I change my details?
Via the link in your registration confirmation from Datasport.
What's in the starter bag?
We’ll reveal that in good time before the event.
Is the route closed and marked?
The course is not closed to traffic. It is marked with pink flags and tape at eye level, with extra markings on dangerous sections. Expect other trail users.
The GPX route is binding, though. Markings are a navigation aid and may be missing or moved. Staying on course is your responsibility.
I've got lost. What now?
Go back to the point where you left the course and continue from there. Then there's no penalty. There's no time credit. If you don't go back, withdraw as soon as possible with race management or at an aid station. That way we don't have to launch a search. Details in the Race rules under point 3.
Can I use poles?
From 2TWO upwards, yes, absolutely! Poles are not allowed on 1ONE. Just one thing: if you start with poles, you carry them all the way to the finish. Having them handed to you along the way or via your drop bag is not allowed.
How is the time measured?
With a chip on your bib. We place several timing mats along the route. That way we and your supporters can see split times and support you better.
Where can I find the results?
After the race on this page under Start list & Results and at Datasport.
